Welcome to the Address Book NFT system. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Address Book NFT system, including minting, managing, transferring, and interacting with Address Book NFTs. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
Definitions
"Address Book NFT" refers to a non-fungible token (NFT) that links user data such as email, nickname, and blockchain address.
"User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Address Book NFT system.
"Service" refers to all features and functionalities provided by the Address Book NFT system.
"Minting" refers to the process of creating a new Address Book NFT on the blockchain.
Eligibility
To use the Address Book NFT system, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Account and Verification
Account Creation: To mint or manage an Address Book NFT, you may be required to create an account and provide certain personal information, including a valid email address.
Verification: For minting an Address Book NFT with an email address, you must confirm your email by entering a verification code sent to you. This process ensures the accuracy and authenticity of the information linked to the NFT.
Minting Process
Unique Data: When minting an Address Book NFT, the system will verify that the provided email or nickname is unique and has not been previously registered. Duplicate information will be rejected.
Fees: Minting an Address Book NFT may incur transaction fees, commonly known as gas fees. These fees are paid to the blockchain network and are subject to change based on network conditions.
Permanence: Once minted, the information within an Address Book NFT cannot be altered. Users may need to burn the NFT and mint a new one to update any details.
User Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of the information provided during the minting process.
Security: Users must safeguard their private keys, account credentials, and NFTs. The Address Book NFT system is not responsible for any loss or theft resulting from a user's failure to secure their account or assets.
Compliance: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Address Book NFT system.
Ownership and Transfer
Ownership: Users retain full ownership of their Address Book NFTs. The system facilitates the transfer, trading, or burning of these NFTs, but ownership rights are governed by the blockchain network.
Transfer: Users may transfer their Address Book NFTs to other parties. Transfers are subject to applicable blockchain transaction fees.
Burning NFTs
Only the creator of an Address Book NFT has the authority to burn the NFT. Burning an NFT permanently removes it from the blockchain, and this action cannot be undone.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property within the Address Book NFT system are the property of the service provider or its licensors. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
The Address Book NFT system is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The service provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the system.
Termination
The service provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Address Book NFT system for any user who violates these Terms or engages in activities that harm the system or other users.
Amendments
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
